Meet Anne
Anne Conlan is a Master Certified Coach, Life Mastery Consultant and Corporate Trainer who has been providing executive and personal coaching and management training to Federal agencies and private organizations for the past 14 years. As an Executive Coach, Anne’s passion is working with managers and executives in the Federal and private sectors to help them develop their leadership effectiveness and sense of fulfillment about the important work they do. Anne also enjoys, and is skilled at, coaching women in the area of midlife transitions.
Anne is an active adjunct faculty member for OPM’s Management Development Centers in Shepherdstown and Denver where she provides coaching, facilitation and training to Federal managers and executives. She is also an adjunct faculty member for the Graduate School’s Executive Survival and Executive Leadership programs. Anne has worked with hundreds of Federal managers and executives at Federal Agencies including: Social Security Administration, Environmental Protection Agency, Department of Agriculture, Bureau of Labor and Statistics, General Services Administration, Internal Revenue Service, NASA, Veterans Administration, National Institutes of Health.
Prior to starting her coaching and training firm, ChangeMastery, in 1997, Anne spent 14 years as a business executive and 8 years as an educator. Anne holds a graduate degree in Education from the University of MD, College Park and holds certifications in MBTI, PeopleMap Systems, Change Management, Resiliency, The Leadership Circle 360 and the OPM 360 Assessment.
