Training Experience
Anne Conlan is a gifted and engaging Trainer and Facilitator who is passionate about working with managers and executives to help them increase their leadership performance and effectiveness. Anne delivers trainings in both the public and private sectors. She is an active adjunct faculty member, visiting program director and 360° coach working with Federal executives and managers at OPM’s Eastern and Western Management Development Centers in Shepherdstown and Denver as well as at the Graduate School in Washington, DC. She has provided training, coaching and facilitation for OPM’s Executive Development Seminar, Management Development Seminar, Seminar for New Managers, and Leadership Assessment Program and for the Executive Survival Skills and Executive Leadership programs at the Graduate School. Anne holds certifications for training and coaching in the areas of Resiliency, Change Management, Emotional Intelligence, Communication Styles, MBTI , OPM 360 Assessment and the Leadership Circles 360 Assessment.
