Change has always been a necessary and inevitable aspect of life and work, and today’s work environments are changing more rapidly than ever. Dealing with organizational change,big or small, is about everyone getting through the emotion and commotion with minimal damage to their blood pressure, career, relationships, confidence and productivity

The Change Cycle™ Seminars are designed to help participants more effectively manage workplace change by introducing and explaining the six predictable and sequential stages that people go through when experiencing change. These six stages include Loss, Doubt, Discomfort, Discovery, Understanding, and Integration.

Through an in depth exploration of each stage, participants become familiar with thoughts, feelings and behaviors associated with each stage of the Change Cycle. Participants will gain perspective and effective tools to help them successfully navigate their way through change.
