Peoplemap™ is a highly effective yet simple system to help people discover the power of more effective interpersonal relationships both inside and outside of the workplace. The Peoplemap™, Understanding Yourself and Others is a powerful, yet fun and practical, down-to-earth program with no fancy jargon, just straight forward tactics that teach people how to immediately understand and relate to others more successfully. Each participant leaves the seminar with useable skills that can be implemented immediately in the workplace. Peoplemap™ is great for building better customer relations, increasing employee engagement and performance, enhancing team effectiveness and improving overall communication and productivity. Each participant will identify their “type” using the Peoplemap™ questionnaire. They will learn about each of the four core types, (Leader, People, Free Spirit & Task), and what drives their behavior and communication style.
Participants will learn several important points about each of the four core personality types including:
- A detailed description of each type
- Specific innate strengths of each type
- Triggers that motivate each type
- Communication style of each type
- How to communicate effectively with each type
- The “Achilles Heal” for each type and areas for improvement
