The Resiliency Advantage
In today’s workplace, executives, managers and supervisors are expected to get more work done, of a higher quality, in new ways, with fewer people, in less time and with a smaller budget. Highly resilient managers and executives know how to bounce back quickly from setbacks. They handle constant change by being flexible, adaptable, synergistic and able to learn through experience. They handle major difficulties better than most people because they know how to gain strength from adversity. When hit by major setbacks they don’t complain that life is unfair. In this highly interactive program participants will learn resiliency strategies to integrate into their professional and personal lives, as well as strategies for improving resiliency within their workforce.
